This month we’d like to introduce you to the newest addition to our team, Nicole! Nicole fulfills many roles in our team, she is a duty manager, lifeguard, customer service representative and a swimming instructor. Outside of working hours, Nicole can often be found camping, fishing and doing anything plant related. Further to this, she loves spending time with her family and friends.
In true Gladstone tradition we asked Nicole what her favourite ice cream flavour is from our divine ice cream range, which Nicole said “definitely a hokey pokey drumstick”.
Overall Nicole has been a great addition to the Gladstone team. Make sure to join us in welcoming Nicole, and say a big ‘hello’ when you see her around the facility.
What is the role of a Duty Manager?
A duty manager is responsible for the smooth running of the facility during a shift. Their role includes supervising the staff during their shift and maintaining the pool water quality by completing regular tests.
