We hope you’re keeping safe and well at home. While our facilities have been closed, our team have been working hard to keep our centre in tip-top shape for our return.
In collaboration with Gladstone Council, we have strived to make a few improvements to the facility. We have been fortunate enough to repair and replace grates and manhole covers, we have managed to redo most of the expansion joints around the 50m pool, remove all the broken tiles in the splash zone and replace them with more durable and safe material. In the near future, the council will be removing the old dive blocks and replacing them with new removable, great quality diving blocks and a full retile of the 50m pool is also in the works.
Now that some staff are back on board we are excited to revamp the gardens and re-varnish a lot of the woodwork we have around the facility!
