Many members are probably already familiar with Kyron, one of our amazing team members. Maybe, you’ve seen him when he is working, or maybe you’ve spotted him smashing out some laps in our pools.
Kyron has worked here for over 18 months now, and is one of our full-time Duty Managers.
It comes as no surprise that Kyron is working in the aquatics and recreation industry, as he has always had a passion for swimming since he was a child.
Outside of work, Kyron is a passionate trumpet and guitar player. He also competes in Triathlons!
The team at Gladstone feels very lucky to have such a great Duty Manager like Kyron in our team.

What is the role of a Duty Manager?
A duty manager is responsible for the smooth running of the facility during a shift. Their role includes supervising the staff during their shift and maintaining the pool water quality by completing regular tests.
