There is FREE entry for seniors from 7:45am to 8:45am on weekdays. Our indoor 25m Pool is heated and is wonderful for a walk, talk and a catch-up with friends.
Gentle exercise is good for the body and relieves some of those aches & pains. Thank you to Gladstone Regional Council for this initiative!
