BlueFit Swimming have recently reviewed our Queensland School Program in line with the recent Queensland Education Departments curriculum update. The program includes specific water safety skills and exposure to different rescue techniques.
These safety skills include, floating, safely entering and exiting the water, signalling for help, and rescue a friend without entering the water. These key skills address and highlight the importance of our children to know and reinforces the dangers of the aquatic environment. The program also delivers structure learnt to swim skills including stroke development and correction.
BlueFit Swimming also offer a dryland lesson to review the skills learnt throughout the program and reinforce the importance of water safety. The program also delivers structure learnt to swim skills including stroke development and correction.
